Stallion, where have you disappeared to? How does the league's 2nd best shooter (36.1) shoot 3 for 23 - 13%? Looking at those numbers made me go through a whole range of emotions --- shock, disbelief, denial, anger, and now sadness. I feel like crying when I see those strange and disappointing numbers. Get better soon, Stallion.
But the big news is that Mamba has voted in 3 new members. Eric will now be known as Penguin, a name given to him by his brother because he is flat-footed and has limited mobility. I would agree with that description. Let's face it....he's not going to break any speed records anytime soon. But Eric brings a fierceness to the low-post game. A penguin also flaps his wings violently and causes chaos. Be that penguin, Penguin.
Aidan and Matias join the league as well. If their numbers are an indication of their abilities, they'll both make Mamba better. Shooting 40% is a pretty solid debut, not to mention Aidan's 3-point shooting and triple-double! Matias had a nice balance of steal/block/assist numbers. We'll see if they can keep it up. Still need names for these guys.
It's been so long since we had a league....these numbers almost seem too good to be true. I could spend time questioning why Dutchman had no blocks, how Lightning and Workley shot like they've never seen a basketball before, or analyze my team's turnover prone madness....but i'll let you do it instead.
Sessions comes through again with flawless data. Stats are below.
